Physical Standards of Sailors in Technical Branch

Selection Procedure of Sailors in Technical Branch
Online Registration: The initial step is to register online through the official Pakistan Navy website during the recruitment period.
Entrance Test: After registration, candidates must pass an entrance test that includes sections on Mathematics, Physics, and General Knowledge.
Physical Fitness Test: This test typically includes running, push-ups, sit-ups, and chin-ups to assess candidates’ physical capabilities.
Students must pass the following:
1.6 Kilometer running in 8 Minutes
15 Pushups in 2 Minutes
15 Sit ups in 2 Minutes
04 Chin ups in 02 Minutes
Preliminary Medical Check:
Conducted to ensure that candidates are medically fit for service.
Interviews: Candidates who pass the medical tests and physical fitness test will undergo an interview.
Final Medical Examination:
Conducted at Naval Medical facilities. Those students who will pass Physical Efficiency Test (PET), they will appear for initial Interview and Medical Examination. Which will be held at Selection Centers. Information will be given from the selection centers or it may be asked from the concerned Selection Centers.
Personality Tests: Those students who will pass Initial Interview and Medical Examination, they will be informed for Personality Tests.
Temporary Selection is being made at the Navel Headquarters for suitable candidates before final selection.
Final Selection: Based on merit and performance throughout the selection process. Normal training of Technical and Marine Branch starts in October / November of the Year.

E-Testing / Written Exam in Navy Technical Branch Sailors Tests
E-Testing or Written examinations of the Sailors for Technical Branch is to be taken in April of each year.
Students have to appear in Intelligence Tests (Verbal Intelligence Tests + Non-Verbal Intelligence Tests) , English Tests, Mathematics Tests, Physics Tests, Chemistry Tests, and General Knowledge
