This prestigious opportunity is open to females who have completed 16 years of education in a variety of fields, including Engineering, MBA, Software Engineering, Electrical Telecom, Information Security, Electronics, Mechatronics, and more.

Women with degrees in Peace & Conflict Studies, Journalism, Mass Media, GIS & RS, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Cyber Security, and Computer Engineering also have a golden opportunity to join the Army as officers. The Pak Army offers multiple job vacancies in branches such as the Information & Communication Technology Branch, ISPR, Electrical & Mechanical Engineers (EME), Corps of Signals, and Corps of Ordnance.

Gender : Female (Unmarried) Age: 28 Years
Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan and domicile holders of Azad Kashmir / Gilgit Baltistan. Upon final selection, candidates with dual nationality will have to surrender nationalities other than Pakistani.
Minimum Height : 5’ (152.4 cm) [ Best way to increase Height ]
Weight : As per Body Mass Index [ Check you Weight Here ]
Vision : As per PAO 11 / 82
Training Duration : 6 Months

Additional Information

Bond: Finally selected candidates will be required to sign a bond to serve the Army for a minimum period of 7 years. The applicability of bond will commence on successful completion of basic Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul.

Selection Procedure in Lady Cadet Course (LCC) 2026

The selection process for female candidates applying to join the Pakistan Army through the Lady Cadet Course (LCC) involves several stages. Below is the step-by-step procedure:

1. Online Tests

Candidates are required to take online tests, which are divided into three stages:
Verbal Test: This test includes 88 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within 30 minutes.
Non-Verbal Test: Comprising 68 MCQs, this test must be completed within 30 minutes. Academic Test: This section consists of 50 MCQs and is to be completed in 30 minutes.
Candidates who pass this test will move forward, while those who fail will become ineligible to continue.

2. Physical Test

Candidates must complete a 1.6 km run within 14 minutes to pass the physical test.

3. Preliminary Medical Test

Age: The candidate must be under 28 years old.
Height: Minimum 5 feet.
Weight: Must be in accordance with the body mass index.
Heart Rate: Must be normal.
Eyesight: 6/6 vision, with or without glasses.
Other tests include checks for conditions like flat feet, elbow angles, varicose veins, and pigeon chest.

4. Initial Interview

Candidates who pass the medical tests will proceed to the interview. Successful candidates will be given an ISSB (Inter-Services Selection Board) form.

6. ISSB Process

The ISSB selection process spans 5 days, broken down as follows:
Reporting Day: On the first day, candidates submit their documents and report at the ISSB center. They also receive their rooms.

PYSC Day: This day includes several tests:
Screening Test: Verbal MCQs (30 minutes), Non-verbal MCQs (30 minutes), and MAT (50 MCQs in 15 minutes).

Psychological Tests: PYSC Day: This day includes several tests:
100 Words Associate Test (WAT) – write a sentence in 10 seconds. Picture Stories Test – create a story from an image in 3.5 minutes. 2 Pointer Stories Test – complete the story in 20 seconds. Incomplete Sentences Test – complete sets of English and Urdu sentences (26 sentences in each set, 6 minutes total). PYSC Day: This day includes several tests:
Candidates who fail the screening tests are sent home, while those who pass proceed to the psychological tests.
GTO 1st Day: The third day involves indoor and outdoor tests:
Indoor tasks: Lecture, group discussion, and group planning.

Outdoor tasks: Progressive task and half-group task.

Candidates also undergo an interview.
GTO 2nd Day: The fourth day includes three stages:
Obstacles

Command Task: Candidates perform a GTO interview.

Final Group Task: Includes psychological or DPT interviews.
ISSB Last Day: On the final day, some candidates may have to give an additional interview. Those who fail receive their travel allowance and are sent home. Successful candidates receive their results the following day and must pass the final medical test and interview before being officially selected for the Pakistan Army via the Lady Cadet Course.

Further Selection Process

Detailed medical examination of candidates recommended by the Inter Service Selection Board (ISSB) will be carried out a nearby Combined Military Hospitals (CMHs).
