Academic Tests for PAF Education Branch:
In the initial tests of PAF Education branch, there are two types of tests which are being taken. Intelligence Test and Concerned Subject Test.
Intelligence test includes total 100 Questions (MCQs) and this is to solve in 40 Minutes. Intelligence Test is prepared with 25 Questions of Verbal Intelligence MCQs and 75 Questions of Non Verbal Intelligence MCQs involving figures and pattern shapes.

How to Apply in PAF Education Branch as an Officer?
Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates need to register online through the official PAF recruitment official website during the specified registration dates. The process requires filling out an application form and submitting necessary documents. Download the registration slip and remember the test date and time.
Step 2: Initial Testing
Registered candidates will be called for an initial written test that typically covers the intelligence test and related subject paper in which candidate applies.
Step 3: Physical Test
Candidates need to pass the initial physical test for attempting the next test of the selection. Candidates in PAF Education Branch will undergo Physical Test as per following Criteria; Running : 01 Mile (08 Min) Push-Ups : 15 (02 Min) Reach Ups / Sit Ups : 20 (02 Min) Chin Ups: 03 (02 Min)
Step 4: Medical Examination
Candidates who pass the physical test will undergo a comprehensive medical examination to ensure they meet the physical standards required by the PAF.
Step 5: Interview
Successful candidates from the initial test will be invited for an interview conducted by senior officers in the PAF. The interview assesses the candidate’s motivation, communication skills, and suitability for a career in military education.
Step 6: Psychological Tests / ISSB Test
Sometime psychological tests are being conducted at selection centers or For certain positions, candidates might be required to attend the Inter-Services Selection Board (ISSB) test, which evaluates their psychological and physical suitability for a career in the armed forces.
Step 7: CMB and Final Selection
After passing Psychological Tests candidates will be appeared in the final selection board panel and then they are to pass the CMB so that final merit list may be finalized. Final selection is based on the candidate’s performance in all the previous stages, followed by a merit list issued by PAF headquarters.
